This is a lovely property! In the very center of everything. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. They allowed an early check in after a horrid experience down the road of which are very grateful for the kindness. Great hot showers !

Fiz meu check in em 04/09. Colocaram-me em um quarto sem ar condicionado. Apto 1112. Como apenas percebí ao me deitar resolví dormir assim mesmo. Reclamei no segundo dia: o recepcionista Manuel disse-me que não tinham mais quartos e não teve nenhuma empatia com meu problema sem se preocupar com dar solução. O recepcionista Maciel procurou ajudar e me ofereceu outro quarto que não tinha sifão da pia, por isso neguei. Entregaram-me o quarto 912 que como estava com muita pressa devido a um compromisso com hora marcada, não coseguí verificar e ao deitar novamente no dia 05/09 ,para minha surpresa, também não tinha ar condicionado funcionando. Fiz um video e entreguei minha queixa no check out na recepção por escrito para o gerente julio Cesar que não se encontrava Estou no aguardo de qual será meu ressarcimento pois paguei um hotel 4 estrelas na intenção de um bom atendimento e recebí um péssimo serviço.

EMPRÉSTIMO DE TALHER NO VALOR DE R$16,00 (sim, pra usar um simples talher o hospede tem que pagar). Hotel com sua idade e precisando de reformas no quarto.

Bom atendimento e localização, camas confortáveis, mas bastante mal conservado. Portas dos armários quebradas, difícil regulagem quente/frio do chuveiro (varia constantemente), cortinas black out não fecham adequadamente, pouquíssimas tomadas disponíveis (apenas uma escondida atrás da mesa de cabeceira entre as camas). Uma boa reforma se faz necessária.

On saturday breakfast was a headache. There were few employees working to make sure it would be a good moment for the guests. At least following items had finished and were waiting for replacement: papaya, eggs, cheese, coffee (yes, a simple coffee!!), yougurt. That is, most things were missing. Terrible

We checked other hotels in the area, but we chose this hotel specifically because of the 2 saunas. Upon checking in, we asked the front desk about them and were informed that they closed at 10:00PM. The next day, when we called to see if the saunas were open, we’re told they were under maintenance and would not be available during our stay. This was quite deceiving and disappointing. 👎

Check-in rapido e agil, recepcionista muito educado e profissional. Valet demorado e uma falta de vontade tremenda em ajudar. Café da manhã talvez tenha sido minha pior experiência em hoteis, falta de alimentos e não tinha cadeira para crianca e bebe.

El personal fue muy atento y la ubicación del hotel es excelente. Sin embargo, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, especialmente en las alfombras de los pasillos y las habitaciones. Hay un olor fuerte a humedad y polvo tanto en los cuartos como en las áreas comunes, lo cual afecta la experiencia general de la estadía. Sería importante que mejoren en este aspecto.
