This property is old but very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, & downtown Banff. The front desk staffs gave incorrect email address when I called to check out. They gave us a room right in front of the elevator, so our room is very noisy with all other guests’ conversation in the hallway and the running elevators all night.

Close to shops, restaurants. Convenient underground free parking. Helpful reception staff and good sized rooms. We hot a free 3 day bus pass which was really useful for getting to the Lakes and Gondola, plus several of the buses stop right near the hotel.

Excellent location and plenty of parking. We were provided free public transit vouchers as well! Air conditioning is on the loud side, and the room was a little dark. But it did what it needed to without friction - letting us enjoy banff!

A comfortable stay in a convenient location for the Main Street with restaurants and shops. 3-day Roam bus pass included for free. One downside was the noisy air conditioning, which had to be turned off regularly and throughout the night.
