立地はもちろん、スタッフもよいです。 建物は古いですが、掃除は行き届いていて、良かったです。

清潔感があってよかった。フロントのスタッフも親切でよかった。 ダウンタウンのショッピングエリアへも3分ほどでアクセスが良く、近所に大型のスーパーあるのも便利。 レストランのクローズ時間がどこも22時で早い。

Friendly staff. The room was clean and lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

View was ok. Hot tubs jets not working properly. Fitness center small and dirty. No sanitizing station. Male bath room infirness center dirty no hand soap. Advised fro t desk and stiill not taken care of.

I had a really lovely stay at the Ptarmigan Inn in Banff. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and cosy after long days out exploring, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how easy everything felt, from check-in to getting around Banff without a car. A great choice if you want a comfortable, well-located hotel with a welcoming feel. I’d happily stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the hot tubs after a day of skiing. Only negative was I think the tub needed attention as it was slow to drain during a shower so suspect drain needed cleaned out.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Downtown Banff. We were disappointed the Moose Lodge was booked and got two rooms at the Ptarmigan which did NOT disappoint! Found out their sister hotels and we were delighted by very friendly staff, clean hotel and a very comfortable stay. We would stay again. I also enjoyed the close proximity to everything; it was beyond perfect over NYE. The meatball and pasta restaurant was surprisingly good and fresh; I was surprised bc it was unexpected. Can’t wait to visit soon!

Took over an hour to get checked in, staff do not seen to know the tasks required. Room was noisy from the old air conditioner, shower sprayed every where. Ate at the restaurant and my business partner ended up in the hospital with what the doctors said was caused by something he ate. The fumes from the parking garage can be smelled inthe lower lobby, that can't be good. There was an emergency number sign in the elevator for you to call in case of an emergency, what if you dont have a cell phone, or even is there service inside the elevator not sure the call button even worked. What is that sign for? I would suggest to stay far away fron this place.

Great location in downtown Banff. Walkable to restaurants, and shopping. Ski locker at the inn was useful. The ski shuttle to sunshine and lake Louise has a stop right at the Ptarmigan. Heads up that many of the rooms look out into the hallway and atrium so can’t really open the blinds. It can feel a bit cooped up so get the “mountain view” rooms if you can.

The hotel was in a great location, with free transportation to Lake Louise and complimentary local Roam transit included. The Superior Split Room was a great layout for families. While our room overlooked the parking lot, which was a minor downside, the Rocky Mountain Soap Company toiletries were a fantastic touch. The hotel also had a large atrium area that didn’t seem to be well utilized; adding microwaves and a toaster there would be very helpful for guests preparing for day trips and hill activities.

The room on first floor was so dark. We spent 8 nights there I could hardly find my shoes or anything else. I have to use my phone flashlight if I need to see. Carpet floor.
