Expedia Group verified review

On the 21st floor all we heard was emergency sirens all night. The windows must have been made out of paper mache. The hotel needs to upgrade the windows to a more soundproof design. The starlight patio was closed and only available for special bookings. The patio itself needed some work to bring it up to a maintained standard. No work area in lobby or anywhere.

Very poor service from bar area waitstaff. Hotel was overrun with high school aged sports teams Very noisy, teens in hallways/lobby. Emergengy vehicles park directly below hotel, sirens throughout the night.

Didn’t use any of the amenities. Was really glad we could keep the car in the parking lot for the full day on the day we checked out. Will book again

Hotel was lovely. Comfortable beds, great onsite restaurant, good amenities. Location was convenient in Downtown and good for the fairy bus to Banff. Area wasn’t the best, groups of homeless, drug users around the vicinity of hotel. Noise from fire department next door also meant interrupted sleep. Couldn’t fault hotel though.

There was no signage in the parade to indicate the elevators , no valets, no bell men, only one chair in a premium room!!! A good bar tender but below average on the rest of the desk staff ! The room was poor at best !Delta should be embarrassed by this property and cannot see why we would ever come back ?

The breakfast had a good selection of main courses which were really delicious. We also had dinner in the same restaurant which was also very good. The room was spacious, very clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
