The staff were friendly. The rooms were kept in excellent shape. Parking in the lower level with easy access. The pool was in the lower level with wonderful warm water and hot tub. A nice restaurant and bar. Many sitting areas and a coffee/ ice cream/ snack bar. The bonus is a 5 minute walk to downtown shops and bars and Harbour.

The Lobsterfest dinner at the hotel was absolutely incredible!! Biggest whole lobster I have ever had!!! Delicious!!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!!! Location was the best!!!

Property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are very comfortable and noise level very low even though there was a wedding taking place during our stay. The bar is a busy spot whether for food or simply drinks and it is obvious that staff are run off their feet in this area. One lady, Anastasia, is rude and can not seem to keep up her end of the work load, thus causing a trickle down slowdown for other members on her team. She is truly terrible but everyone else is a delight. A very pleasant overall experience - we will be back!!

Our room was very outdated compared to the room shown in the Expedia photos (old stinky carpet, etc). Apparently they have a large section of the hotel that’s been modernized but we didn’t luck out. Also the parking wasn’t accessible directly under the hotel…we had to walk down corridors, walkways, down flights of stairs (no elevator to get there), etc. Staff were very helpful and lovely though and helped improve our stay

The room was very clean other than they have carpet and I never feel like carpet is really clean. The lobby and hotel inside were very clean and well kept. However the outside could be made to look abit nicer. The one thing that I felt could have been better is having security near the main front door to try to keep the homeless people from begging to guests at the front door. It made me feel uncomfortable around the hotel grounds. But again I understand there isn’t much that can be done about that.

The staff and room we had were lovely, however soundproofing between the rooms could be significantly better… I was awoken in the middle of night to a woman screaming at the top of her lungs for what felt like forever…. I did call the front desk and they seemed to take care of what I later found out was a domestic dispute… but unfortunately that completely ruined my one “peaceful” night away from my kids, and we were not offered any discount or anything other than a “sorry about that”

It’s was a beautiful property, walking distance to the harbor and memorials and many great restaurants with live music. Room was very nice and comfortable.

I went to use the gym and found the change room had doors missing on the lockers and it was generally run down. The fitness center pointed to the pool but it was locked a 7am so I was unable to find the fitness center.
