The room was clean but the bed and chair were old and worn out. I needed help with the TV remote and thbey were quite helpful. All in all a stipsfactory stay.

It was old, dirty, everything needed repair. Tv got a couple channels after having to call to get it even work. Breakfast was toast but no jam, no cearls or fruit, nothing but toast OJ and coffee. I put blanket on floor as it was so dirty looking. No coffee maker, little tiny fridge sat on floor not on a counter. One lamp broken. O tire online mist have been from years ago when it opened.

Stains on furniture, sticking doors. Generally rundown appearance. Cleaning staff did not close door properly when they left. Beds creak loudly. Young girl smoking something suspicious from a large glass vessel outside. Hotel has social housing guests in several rooms. My wife and i did not feel comfortable staying here. Not recommended!

Well the only thing that look like the picture in their ad was the lobby where they spent all their money. After the lobby it was a quick down hill slope of a run down hotel. Room was out dated, furniture has see better days, beds were nothing but coils( that were popping out of the mattress), with zero support or comfort, carpet looked like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in years, walls were covered in marks and there was mold on the ceiling and also in the bathroom. Breakfast is what was advertised but only had bread, coffee and tea. Asked for another room but there was none and they weren’t able to do anything for us because I booked through hotels.com. I am hoping the Hotels.com really takes a look at the hotels they are supporting on their site and picture and info is up to date

The room was musty and smelled like smoke. The stool in the room was not sittable. Both beds were bowed. Changed rooms at 11 o’clock and it was slightly better. Rooms. Wed major overhaul. Shower leaked as well

Location staff rate good. Very old. Carpets and old beds need to be replaced. Some guests leaving tv on all night. Able to hear thin walls. Very sad homeless families and others living in hotel. So sad to see kids going to school living in hotel 😞 we need help in Canada 🇨🇦

Would not stay again. The beds were clean but the rest of the room and hotel was grungy. Small items left in the room from other visitors tells the story of not being cleaned well.
Small interactions with staff, they were friendly.
Breakfast was begal or toast. Coffee and OJ. No other options.

You get what you pay for. They have tried to update their rooms but have failed. The continental breakfast was bagels, toast, orange juice and coffee. On a better note the staff were helpful and the king bed was comfortable.

Checking in was fine. Staff was friendly. However the room was run down and the toilet was running non stop. Couldn't flush the toilet because it was broken. The beds are falling apart. I won't be back.

The beds mattresses were horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. We put towels on floor so we didnt have to walk on floor. Place needs to be trashed & redone. Most disgusting room i have ever stayed in. Cant believe you have no problem taking money for a room so disgusting. Not sure what hotel the pics are from that you post but yheyre not from this one. Horrible!,

Staff was great! very easy check in. our room however was not very clean. stains on the wall in the bathroom and main room, toilet was loose and moved around, toilet paper was not replaced and was the same one used by people in the room before us, chair in the room was stained. overall the room was not well cleaned and maintained. not terrible for the cost to stay but not a place i would book again

Parking was very sketchy, looked like problem “lived” there and they did not look friendly. Asked to be moved to a room with a pull up door which we did and it was so dirty, the chairs were dirty, it smelled like urine. Now the wonderful lady at the front desk was amazing with switching us rooms 3 times till we were happy, even offering the jacuzzi room. So she was amazing. But this hotel needs some serious TLC

Both beds were old and broken. The chair at the desk in the room was broken. The carpets were stained. There was visible dirt and hand peints on walls and ceiling looked like something exploded in there. There definitely needs to be an update to carpets and beds.
Water was hot and staff was friendly. Lobby was updated and clean but rooms are definitely lacking in the area of cleanliness and comfort.

I know the name says ECONO so there should not be any surprises but the room was hurting.
The beds were not great, the carpet had cigarette burns in multiple places, stains on the ceiling, the dresser top was disconnected from the dresser and slid half off when putting my hand on the top. The plugs were loose (if that makes sense) and all our electrical chargers wouldn't stay plugged in lol.
The lobby seemed decent and the staff was nice but the room itself did not match up.
It served it's purpose I guess but was not enjoyable. Sorry.
