Hampton Inn by Hilton Fort Saskatchewan

The hotel is not new. It's in good conditions overall. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good service from front desk people. I really can't complain about anything. Great location as well, you have everything close by.

Place was great and hot breakfast was a great bonus

The staff and manager were absolutely wonderful. I am at 70 six-year-old woman, and the manager made me feel very welcome, and she helped me out with my luggage.. She was very positive and made me feel very welcomed.

Had a quick family trip and enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was decent, and having onsite parking was very convenient. There were also several nearby dining options within walking distance.

The room was far from spotless Everything was covered in dust and my kids found a false eyelash on their bed, the staff however were wonderful

Hotel was a regular hotel, but the hotel Was pet friendly and the elevator had a bad Oder of pet urine

Courteous clerk at front desk. Unfortunately, teenagers on our floor were quite noisy! We had to call front desk to stop the disruption.

Room was so peaceful and comfortable. The bed was great but the sheets were badly stained. The chairs in the room were excellent and comfortable even for us plus sized individuals.

The staff are friendly and the room was clean, but the room was in terrible condition. There was an enormous rip in one of the sheer curtains, the remote had some kind of stickers stuck to the back of it, and the furniture was badly damaged. Also, when I arrived to check in quite late at night there was no one at the front desk. I checked in the back, tried calling out, and calling the hotel phone number, but no luck. I had confirmed before my flight that they had 24 hour front desk service. I waited so long that I was starting to worry the front desk person had been injured or fallen ill somewhere and was looking up the number for other nearby hotels in the same chain that I could reach out to for help, when the desk attendant came wandering up and said there was an issue with a hair dryer in one of the rooms that they had been dealing with. Very frustrating.
