Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale

Upon arrival, our room felt very damp and had an unpleasant odor. We needed to open the window, despite the cold and rain, to air it out. With the window open and later the AC running, the air and temperature became more tolerable. The room was generally clean, though we did notice some old food on the carpet near the couch. I also found the selection of toiletries limited (e.g., mouthwash, makeup remover, cotton swabs). While I usually bring my own, this time I had not, and it would have been helpful to have these available. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated having both a fridge and microwave in the room—this was especially convenient with young children. There was no complimentary water provided, which would be a helpful standard offering upon arrival. The pool area in the evening was quite crowded with older children/teenagers, leaving little space for younger kids to enjoy. I was unable to comment on the slide as it was closed during our stay. Lastly, I would like to highlight that the front desk and service staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

To Whom It May Concern, I am filing a formal complaint regarding a hygiene issue at Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale. During my stay, I observed multiple insects on the bed. This was also witnessed by a hotel staff member (Brian). The presence of insects in bedding is unacceptable and raises clear sanitation concerns. Based on my review and photos, the insects appear consistent with carpet beetles. I reported the issue immediately and checked out. While the hotel relied on a third-party report stating no bed bugs were found, this does not explain or resolve the presence of insects observed. I have photographic evidence, including identifiable room details and geolocation data, and can provide it upon request. Amazed at the Hilton for their staff upon arrival. Great P.R SKILLS . Very clean hotel , accommodations, Great food and drinks, Will return soon definitely. Rebecca at front desk was very welcoming and provided many details of the hotel, 5 stars . 👍

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable.The staff was wonderful. He had minor issues with the tv remote in our room, other guests blocking the elevator and being loud. The waterslide was closed .We did not do breakfast but our family members did and said the buffet was great. Also the king bed suites are in the North building and the double queen beds are in the South building so we were unable to be close to family that had a different type room. We would stay here again. The Chops Steakhouse restaurant located in front of the hotel was great. The prime rib was awesome.

The front desk staff are exceptionally well versed in customer service and ensure your stay is welcoming and to your satisfaction. Kamran went out of his way to check in on us and offer valuable suggestions.

There was hair in the shower and some areas with dust in the room but other than that the stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

Great I really liked it. Actually it is not my first time I am here since 2010 and as usual always nice and clean .

The property has a really nice atmosphere, especially in the pool and conference areas - they were fun, well-maintained, and added to the overall experience. The décor and layout felt modern and inviting. Our north tower King room was spacious and had a sofa pull out bed. One downside was having to pay extra for parking, which was a bit disappointing. However, aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, amenities, and welcoming environment.

Our first room the mini fridge didn’t work, the chair was covered In stains. We switched rooms , that room was better however the carpet was outdated and should be replaced in all rooms as it is a hygiene issue
