Spacious room, clean, quiet, ample space in the washroom. Shower pressure could have been better and parking could have been included especially as it’s not in a busy area but overall a very pleasant stay.

Was dissatisfied with room location. Right off the elevator. The hotel was almost empty. No reason for this.

Check in was smooth and quick. Room amenities were acceptable. But to be honest this hotel just gives a feeling of somethings old. I believe they need to renovate their rooms and wash rooms. Carpets looks very old and it doesn’t give a good vibe.

Paying for parking as a separate fee is not ideal and a nuisance. Also, a 75 dollar deposit on $16 parking pass defies logic. My guest brought her car and got a ticket for $85 because she didnt register it on time. Not an issue with other hotels.

The room wasn’t good - the heater/cooler system wasn’t working properly. The guy at the front said that he upgraded my room but it was a lie. He put us right in front of the elevator. We went there with the kids and they were not allowed to go to the water slide because they don’t know how to swim. And they wouldnt allow us to go with them. We only went there for the slide. We complained to the front desk and they gave us bags of candies and chips as a sorry.

Key card didn't work after checking in at midnight. Didn't want to walk back down to reception from 12 floor North. Had someone bring up new card while waiting in hallway. Shortly after being in the room, noticed dried blood on one of the hand towels. Called reception and had a new one brought up but had to wait for its arrival before showering. Short stay due to check in time and departure time - 5 to 6 hours
