My first experience was at the front desk with Karman. He was friendly and kind and greeted me by name whenever he saw me. He is exceptional! The room was spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was very good. This was a great travel experience. High marks for the whole staff!

Was dissatisfied with room location. Right off the elevator. The hotel was almost empty. No reason for this. Room needed help. Carpet was lumpy and heat had a rattle to it.

Check in was smooth and quick. Room amenities were acceptable. But to be honest this hotel just gives a feeling of somethings old. I believe they need to renovate their rooms and wash rooms. Carpets looks very old and it doesn’t give a good vibe.
