Front desk staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are always clean and comfortable for a good night sleep I highly recommend this hotel

Rooms were spotless and cozy, the staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the property is absolutely packed with amenities like a pool, restaurants, amazing steak house 200m from the entrance that my visit here for the bricks in the six was so perfect i didn’t need to leave the property. I am definitely coming back again next year to stay a few more nights.

No towels at pool. Have to go to lobby reception. Ice machines only on every second floor. Horrible parking app. That even staff says is poor. Tiny bar fridge.

I was traveling with my family and our room numbers were 1309 and 1311 Room 1311 had severe bed bug problem. My daugter had bug bites all around the neck, face, hand and multiple other places. Hygiene was a serious issue. The property was very nice but hotel must address the bed bug issue

Great place to stay if you need to be in the Mississauga area. Staff is always incredibly kind. Carpets need to be changed but aside from that everything is always top notch!
