I have stayed multiple times at this hotel and love it. However the two times I have taken my kids here, it was dissappoiting. The only reason why they come is the blue slide and they have never been able to use it because both times they came, the slide was either closed or not opened on time. Sad!

Be mindful of the slide requirements prior to arrival (so you have no sad children). Property is very well kept, and the onsite dog was a very welcomed surprise.

Just be advised the waterslide is only open during weekends, was a bit disappointing because it is the reason we choose the hotel.

Dirty towels on our balcony. Toilet hardly flushed. The air vent sounded broken with a weird rattling noise all night. The pool slide was closed and no where did it say that at booking. Also wouldn’t allow us a cot because they said we needed a suite to have one.
