Very nice room that was clean and comfy. Patio doors with balcony was a nice feature. Staff were amazing and so accommodating.

Room was a little dirty. Having little kids that crawl on the ground you notice it more. There was some water damage on ceiling and wall. The fridge in the room didn’t work. We had milk and meds that needed to be cool. They changed out the fridge 3 times with more broken fridges. Was very frustrating. I ended up going to Walmart and buying a cooler. Few pros, we asked for a crib and it was there when we checked in. The rooms were pretty quiet. I would stay again, just not with kids. They aren’t set up for that.

Our stay been pretty pleasant, bed is comfortable and nice. We got an upgrade deal for late check out and room upgrade for $60. Just a note that parking wasn’t included that it’s separate pay for $20 plus tax per day. A small note is when we arrived late at night 12:30 a.m pretty exhausted and our key wasn’t working. We have keep going up and down 3 times before the staffs realized the lock was out of battery and move us to another room. The staff was pretty nice to help us through it, but it was really tired after a long day to go up and down that many times.

Pretty unclean, there was dirty all over our bed cover and dried blood on the shower curtain. Mini fridge was broken. We had to pay $40 to park on-site at the hotel parking lot which was ridiculous. I've stayed at this hotel 6 times in the past 2 years and have never had to pay for parking before. I will not be staying here again.

Lots of amenities and patios encouraging us to have walk at night and enjoy the area

The property was nice and the staff were very friendly. The food option were limited and relatively expensive. There was nothing near that was walkable, and as such it seems unreasonable that they required guests to pay $20 for parking without offering reduced parking to hotel guests. Additionally, we had an early morning flight and the water in the bathroom would not warm up so we had to leave without a shower.

Disappointment with Expedia service. Very poor.

Gym access was nice. Parking situation less than desirable, app scanning didn't work and front desk unable to troubleshoot. Room smelled like cigarettes near the vents and the water temperature was very unstable, switching from cold to scalding in seconds without moving the tap. Convenient food options but very expensive (5$ drip coffee!!!!)
