Wonderful experience at Imperial House during 3 days. The landlady, Ms. Aviva, offered professional services. Good location and peaceful neighborhood. Near Metrotown skytrain station and a very big shopping mall where I could buy everything I want. A community playing court where I could play pickeball or tennis. Highly recommend when you want shopping and visit Burnaby or Deer Lake Park.

Good location, just a 11-minute walk from the subway station. The house was clean, and the owner was friendly. They provided basic amenities such as shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The room was a bit small, but the closet was spacious. I had a very comfortable stay. Overall, it was very reasonably priced.

What I like with the property is just 15 mins walk to skytrain station, good property but the room is hot we sweated at night and cant sleep well. I noticed the AC is just kicking in 2x or 3x in hour at night and just lasted for about a minute and stop. The thermostat was taped so that it cant adjust. Reported early on our first day on our 7 days stay but nothing change. Its not recommendable.

Great location near the skytrain makes getting into downtown easy. My dog loved the spacious yard and the proximity to Central Park and deer lake park

Bring Earbuds for sleeping as there are a lot of travellers coming through this place! Overall wonderful stay though. Huge, airy house with full kitchen and laundry machine. I stayed there 5 nights and they came by and cleaned every day, and got me an iron when I asked. I found walking to the Skytrain really convenient. The back garden is really lovely too. Would stay again

Good location, with prompt messaging from the owner. A couple of silverfish in the washroom, however clean property otherwise. Personally had a bad experience with the other guests staying, they took 1-3 hours showering in the washroom, leaving a horrible mess. Did not respect the quiet hours, the walls are very thin. If you are looking to stay here, be mindful that there is only 1 washroom shared with 2 other guest rooms.

Stayed for one night to attend soccer match. Upgraded to a beautiful room with en-suite. Complementary water and snacks. Lovely and comfy bed. Lots of good amenities. Close to Metro/ public transport. Nice area. Host/owner was easy to contact.
