Pengalaman indah di Imperial House selama 3 hari. Tuan rumah, Cik Aviva, menawarkan perkhidmatan profesional. Lokasi yang baik dan kejiranan yang damai. Berhampiran stesen skytrain Metrotown dan pusat membeli-belah yang sangat besar di mana saya boleh membeli semua yang saya mahukan. Gelanggang permainan komuniti tempat saya boleh bermain bola sepak atau tenis. Sangat mengesyorkan apabila anda ingin membeli-belah dan melawati Burnaby atau Deer Lake Park.

This place is great!!! I have stayed here at least 4 times now in the last year. The big point for me, over and above how clean it is and easy to deal with operators, is that it isn't trying to rip you off with its cleaning fees. Its is reasonably priced, usually lower, even though it does fluctuate with the season and week or weekend. Smartly run, reasonably priced, clean, with friendly, competent owners. Never had an issue which is why I will be back for a 5th stay in the future. Oh yes. The back yard is beautiful.

The price was excellent, and we appreciated being able to bring our dog. The owner was friendly and responsive through email and provided clear instructions for accessing the property. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to Metrotown.
We stayed in the “Victoria” room at the front of the house facing the street, and it was quite warm during our stay. It also would have been nice if facecloths had been provided. Since we were traveling with our dog, we were not given the option of a room at the back of the house, which may have been cooler and quieter. Overall, we would stay again, but next time would request a room facing the backyard.

買い物にも便利なメトロタウンから簡単な道のりを徒歩10分くらいで行かれるのでスーツケースを引きながらでも問題なく歩けました。
お部屋は写真よりも広くて綺麗で、長期滞在にも向いています。清潔で、掃除が隅々まで行き届いています。今回はほぼ寝るためのような利用時間でしたが、十分な睡眠を取ることが出来、とても静かに安心に過ごせました。
またバンクーバーに来たら滞在したいです。

The room itself was clean. However the kitchen was not. There was another renter in the other room, left dirty dishes in the sink, microwave had overspill in it. There was nothing to cook with other than one big pot. The stove was missing an element on top.
