The bathroom was a little small and could use more counter space. I specifically asked for a noon checkout so my son could utilize the pool after a morning hockey game. We got kicked out by pool maintenance at 11:15 to balance the chemicals which takes half an hour so were unable to use the pool as much as we wanted.

Room heater was turned down to 60 and I still had to have the window open. Finally turned the heater off. The lounge is poorly managed. There is only one person there and if someone in a room orders food the person leaves for up to 20 min. Poor service. When I was checking out I was not acknowledged, the manager there seems to hang out with the staff and it takes away from the paying customers.
