Great place when in Estevan. Hot tub was nive and hot but caution getting in as stairs are very slippery. The lounge inside the hotel is perfect to grab a meal after a hard days work, the server was phenomenal. Thank you for the hospitality .

Waited an hour and a half for a nachos. The pizza and wings were going to be another half hour yet so we canceled them. There was only 4 tables. If you can’t staff a lounge properly then don’t even have one! Brutal service!

Hotel was in a great location. It offered the amenities anyone needs for a quick stay - Pool, hot tub, waterslide, breakfast.

Everything and everyone we dealt with was great.

Very comfortable beds

The pool was closed but this was not disclosed at the time of booking. Even though it had been closed for some time. I have requested a refund at the hotel and they said they would request a refund from the website.

Does not offer daily housekeeping that’s ok it says upon request so I put in a request and I got a response promptly and it said that housekeeping would be there at 8 o’clock in the morning I went out for a couple hours. I came back. The room was not clean. I went downstairs and the staff member was very rude. When I just asked a simple question, she pretty much told me off for asking. I wasn’t being rude or anything. I just wanted to fresh towels and bedding. Luckily when I got close to my room, the housekeeper was there and she had no issue assisting me. As I had company coming over. I did tip her well she is a good worker. But why would the system automatically respond to me saying oh yeah, we will get it done by this time. I get that I’m not the only customer there but how many put in a request. Like the booking stated we have to request it. There is no room in hospitality for poor attitudes. The rooms appear in the photos, a lot bigger than what they are the rooms are really tiny so if you’re staying for more than one day, I highly recommend a different hotel. The dark colours make it seem a lot smaller. Very confined. Bonuses breakfast was usually on a little bit longer than advertised. They cheaped out on their beds so the whole hotel can hear when people are fornicating lots of banging 😂. So if you’re planning to have a secret rendezvous I wouldn’t recommend this place.
