I picked it based on location as it was only 2 stops from York (purpose of the trip) and the Downsview station was only a 7 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very helpful. They upgraded my room and let me charge my EV. Free continental breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Location was perfect for a concert at Roger’s Stadium but the hotel is dated, chairs were dirty, microwave was nasty, bed was creaky, there’s not enough lighting in the rooms or hallways, no full mirror. Staff was just ok Definitely one star hotel, not worth the 300+ we had to pay 👎
