The hotel served its purpose and was very good for that. I wouldnt stay there if I wanted to see Toronto. It is far from everything. Anyways, the TTC is close by for those who wish to save some money on the accommodation and pay more for the transit. The breakfast was very simple, basically toast and cereal but it was nice to have something in the morning.

Nubi (apologies if this is incorrect spelling) was an excpetional ambassador for the property! She was kind and generous with her time during our check-in and equally engaging when we checked-out. We have stayed at many chain properties with member perks to sweeten the stay BUT what shone with this experience was the 'people factor'.... nothing rehearsed or rushed - just an authentic experience, in an affordable, local hotel. The property is a great location for anyone attending a show at Rogers Stadium - BRUNO MARS brought the house down and it was nice to not have to fight traffic or catch a bus or shuttle after the show! We simply walked back to the property and settled in for one of the best sleeps ever.... still waiting for the info on where we can source those pillows ;o) Parking is onsite and free Staff are pleasant Continental breakfast is pretty basic (bagels, croissants, waffles, muffins, cereal) carb centric with sides of apples and bananas so some protein/greek yogurt and hb eggs or cottage cheese might be worth considering... or bring your own breakfast foods. There aren't many good food options close to the property so we ordered uber eats and it was quick and 'fine'. All in all, a great stay and a place that's on our radar for the next concert we attend at Rogers Stadium. Thanks for a birthday worth remembering !

The vibe was very off at this hotel. The building is in an industrial park and has an industrial feel: the windows don't open, the finishings are odd (like slapped together Ikea lamps and bed frames), and it's got an overall creepy feel. I wish I had done more research before booking.

The room was extremely dated. Very clean but would expect in better condition for $372 a night. The ice machine was broken, bit if a pain. No blow dryer in the room but they were fast to deliver one.

We stayed one night solely for the proximity to Roger’s Stadium. The rooms are quite dated, with stained carpets, chipped furniture and dripping taps. The staff was very nice. But this place was about the location and really nothing else!

I stayed in the Executive Suite. The bed and couch were SUPER hard, there was mold in the shower, and the refrigerator kept making a loud banging sound every half hour or so, like the condenser was broken or something. For the price I paid for a suite, the room should have at least been clean and worked properly. Also, it took almost 45 minutes just to check in and I was the thirds person in line! I like the proximity to Rogers Stadium and the continental breakfast was pretty good (pastries, bagels, and yogurt), but I will never stay here again.

The check-in took too long and by 6pm our room was not even ready. They still have physical keys. Breakfast didn't have much to offer.
