It was very pleasant and comfort time to stay. The support was also nice. I could not evaluate the breakfast since I didn't havr it this time. Wifi can be used in room but the signal was not good inside the inner room.

Hotel to absolutely avoid. The rooms are very dirty, poorly maintained, with an unpleasant smell and an overall condition that makes it feel like no serious cleaning is done between guests. The furniture is worn out, the walls are stained, and the bathroom was far from clean. On top of that, the hotel staff ripped out the charging plug from my vehicle while it was connected, causing damage to my charger and potentially to the car itself. They did not take proper responsibility, did not offer a real solution, and the customer service was completely unacceptable for this kind of incident. For a place that presents itself as a hotel and event venue, this is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you have an electric vehicle or expect a minimum level of cleanliness and respect for your property.

Pretty dated. Looks sketchy from the outside but the room was clean and decent. Tiny TV’s and old furniture. But all in all, fine.

Not family friendly with you have young children… We were disappointed after arriving to find out that the hotel did not have cribs or playpens, despite showing they did on the listing… We even requested via Expedia message for a crib with no response. I visited the front desk to inquire about a crib or a refund because our child would have nowhere to sleep if they couldn’t provide one, the front desk attendant was rude and said they don’t offer refunds and they no longer offer cribs or playpens. Shortly after she instructed the head housekeeper to search the storage for a playpen, and one was delivered to our room. Seems to me that they were too lazy to have this all handled before our arrival and were hoping we wouldn’t make a fuss over it. There were also ants in our bed, and no plug for the bath tub… Not family friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

At check-in, the staff member was extremely polite and professional. In the morning when I checked out, I advised the person at the desk that there was no hot water. He responded and said well there should be, and I chuckled and said yes I know, but there isn’t. He said they would look at it. Additionally, I told him that the bathtub/shower did not work. Before I could even finish my sentence, I was cut off by the gentleman and he said you should’ve called us so we could fix it. Then he continued to tell me I didn’t operate it correctly and didn’t offer any other apology or anything other than it appeared to be my fault and I didn’t do things correctly. He was quite abrupt and I thought rude. I did not get into anything further as I felt he was quite confrontational. Stayed at this hotel quite a few times and unsure if I will go back after this experience.

My stay was great the staff was very accommodating and kind. Definitely will be back.

Breakfast was ok nothing special but ok

Parking was easy Staff was good Breakfast was not good Room was not clean when we got there Quality of bedding is low The room had no fresh air. The windows don’t open and the air in the hotel is always stale

There was an uncomfortable smell when we entered. One can ignore that but the conditions of the room were also not great. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work. In the bathroom where it said hot water, cold water dispenses and vice versa with the cold water sign. Just not worth it.

Only so so. Elevators too old. Breakfast was not good.

Beautiful spacious rooms and the staff are all very friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the location is perfect!

Room heater wasnt working and a hair dryer in the bathroom had been set for 240volts instead of 120 but everything else was fine.

There was a few breakfast items like cereal and breads. But to my disappointment that it could be better.

Everything was wonderful. Close to transit. I had an executive suite with microwave and 2 tvs. A bedroom and sitting room.

Room was filthy, nail clippings and hairs in the "clean" bed. Front desk was not helpful at all.
