The location of the property was perfect. Allowed me to get to other places in either direction under 30 minutes! Parking in front of location was perfect! The room I stayed in could use a facelift. Unfortunately the location of the heating/cooling system was located outside my window extremely noisy!

I booked for two days but could not stay in the room due to the filthy conditions of the room. That is not a hotel. It looks like a morgue. I advise Expedia to remove it from their list of hotels. I am going to ask for a refund from Expedia because the hotel claimed that it was Expedia who deducted my money only. I did not stay in the hotel as can be seen that that sane night I booked another hotel(Delta hotel Toronto airport and conference center) that same name night through Expedia.

The only thing I liked is that it was close to the subway

I booked the hotel in February due to the proximity to Roger’s Stadium. I called a week before I was arriving in July to check that everything was good. I also called when I was driving the day of. The hotel staff assured that everything was good. When I arrived to the hotel I gave them my last name and Expedia booking number. The front desk said there was no reservation. I showed them my booking and call log. Marqis at the front desk said he would have to wait for a manager to get me a room even though this was already paid for. He was not sure how long it would take to get a room or if I could get my money back. We left and came back a hour later. The room was awful, sink did not drain, and the toilet ran 24/7. There is also no mini fridge, blow dryer, or microwave, which is an inconvenience because the hotel has no food or restaurant to eat at. Marqis at the front desk has horrible customer service skills. I told him for all the inconvenience I would like a day credited. He couldn’t give me the name of the manager or contact information. He was rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was worst than a motel. Save your money and take the metro in if you want convince to the Stadium. For the price I paid, I expected way better. I still have yet to hear back from any manager about my awful experience. I will never go back to this place.

It served its purpose being very close to the concert. Nothing special, however the AC unit kept waking us up turning on and off all night.

During my stay we moved rooms three times, the first room… the air conditioning sparked and broke. It was +30. The second room, the bed was covered in pee.. there was old receipts, a used bandaid and nail clippings/crumbs in the couch. Old eyelash clusters left in the bathroom sink. We complained, they “upgraded” us to a room with functional air conditioning but this room had bugs crawling everywhere, and the mattress and bed was also covered in multiple urine stains. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The male staff were rude, the lady at the front desk did apologize which I greatly appreciated. Everything other than the parking was a terrible experience.

There was no fridge in the room. The pillows and bedding were not clean. The carpets were dirty. Checking in the staff told us we would have to wait 50 mins because it wasn't 3pm yet but after seeing that we were just going to sit and wait by the check in counter instead of paying extra to check in early they let us check in to our room 5 minutes later. The only really good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Rogers Stadium.

If you are going to a concert at the Rogers stadium - this is the hotel to stay at. You cannot get closer to the venue - it is perfect.

Location was awesome for a concert at Rogers Stadium. Room was large and had comfortable beds. Stay was very nice.

Requested extra blankets and were told there were no extra blankets. Someone was to come to show me how to turn down the AC and no one ever came. I tried to call in advance to speak to someone and could not get beyond AI. It was impossible to call and speak to a human. Otherwise, room was clean and staff was friendly.

I would consider this hotel for future stays in Toronto. Close to the Line 1 subway route so one is able to get around to many places quickly.

Everything was good, breakfast not so bad but acceptable. Overall good experience.

Close and convenient for concert at Roger’s Stadium!

Good spacious rooms. Property seemed a bit old but everything was working fine and was fairly well maintained for the relatively lower price than other properties. Breakfast was good and fresh (only cold items). Staff was very helpful and courteous.
