We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We got the room with the jacuzzi and it was so worth it. Our whole plan was just to keep our bags and explore Clifton hill however our minds were on the jacuzzi and we came back early just to utilize it. It was so worth it.

It was old and many repairs need to be done and they were renovating at the time. The room was clean and quiet and parking lot full of cars from guest. The eggs and sausage and home fries where good for breakfast. For the price point I was pleasantly surprise and will consider returning.

It was an easy check in and check out. The room was clean. Breakfast was great hot and cold food. Lots of free parking would stay here again. In expensive better service then a lot more expensive hotels.

The room we had was a suite and big enough to accommodate our group of 5. There was a musty smell upon entering and the room was very hot and we were unable to control the temperature. There was no coffee available in the rooms and the walls and floors were dirty. The bathroom door had blood splattered on it which was really disgusting and the tub had hair in it. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and had some stains on the sheets. I'm not even sure if the bedding had been changed from the previous guest. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the picture it shows on the website. It looks worse. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast was good. But the staff were not generous as they were not welcoming and not greeting to guests. No room service options, no telephone service for additional help. Room was not properly cleaned.

The couch had stains on it and the room smelled musty or like cleaning products. Otherwise, TV worked great, beds were cozy and we were greatful for the fridge and microwave.
