Bed bugs. Nuff said

The room was quite dirty, the linen seemed were never cleaned.

The pictures posted of the property are somewhat deceiving. The reception area, rooms and breakfast area are nowhere as good as the pics.

I originally booked for one night with the intention of extending my stay if the rates remained reasonable. The next day, despite clearly informing the so-called manager that I wanted to extend, he suddenly claimed there was “already a reservation” for the room I was currently occupying. How does a room that is already occupied suddenly become reserved? It honestly felt like a dishonest excuse just to push me into cancelling Expedia and booking directly through him so they could avoid paying commission fees. The customer service here is terrible. The manager came across as rude, unprofessional, and more interested in squeezing extra $$ out of me than actually helping. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the months, yet it’s obvious this place has no understanding of customer loyalty or basic hospitality. The property itself is outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near worth the inflated holiday pricing. Rooms feel neglected, cleanliness is questionable, and the overall atmosphere gives the impression that management only cares about collecting $$ while doing the bare minimum. Between the shady booking behavior, terrible service, and overpriced rooms, this place is a joke.

Poor condition of service. Worker can enter your room without asking them to come.

Management of this hotel is not good. Nothing is maintained. The elevator is terrible and wasn't vacuumed once since we were there. The room was horrible from the top to the bottom. Will never return even if it was free.

Room 212....black mould along the edge of the tub tiles, black mould on the ceiling in the shower. Hair in the tub not mine...dust on the light fixture in the bathroom, along with some cob webs....carpet wasnt vacuumed.

Families were fighting until 2 in the morning Room was damaged when arrived, dirty towels left up top, room smelled of musky mold.

Considering the low price, the stay here is always comfortable, good breakfast, free parking, spacious room (staying on the "inside" area of the building preferred) and now bonus... there is a restaurant on site. For the money, you can't ask for more.

I’ve stayed here quite a few times and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The free breakfast also has lots of items. It’s close to the factory outlet mall. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity as well. Really good value for the money, especially for families on a budget. This is my go-to place when I stay in Niagara Falls.

Parked car liberally feet from front lobby. Woke up found both back doors cracked open. Although trunk was locked someone pulled out back seat and stole 4 boxes of snack cakes and two bags of cat treats. Who steals cat treats?! Guess I lucked out considering could have actually had someone valuable in trunk instead. Learn from taking everything inside leave nothing in your vehicles!!!

Parking is convenient. Staffs in the front desk very helpful.

Parking was easy, the room had everything we needed, and we liked the breakfast. The bedsheets and toilet were clean but the floor, not so much.

Liked location. However, ceiling was paper thin so several times during evening and night heard beds slamming/rocking and people moaning.

Hi, It could be the best if they do a little maintenance like there was no towel stand in the washroom(was broken) No hair dryer and coffee maker, there was just one bulb in washroom the rest of two were not working. The breakfast was little better or we can say was acceptable.

This was a low budget, clean but a bit worn motel. It includes a decent breakfast and it fits the bill for a cheap, safe place to rest your head.

Otima localizacao. A poucos minutos das cataratas de onibus , que para na entrada do hotel. No trajeto ha varios estabelecimentos, como TIM HORTONS, RED LOBSTER, DOLARAMA, ETC... ÓTIMO CUSTO BENEFICIO. AMEI.

The room was good and comfortable but the shower was a little dirty.

The mattress of the bed was too hard, it made difficult for us to sleep

Worst experience of my life , never ever park the car , not secure and safe , from the parking lot my car get stolen , even I park the car front where the reception at night time sit and proper vision thorough the mirror , still my car get stolen from parking . Staff was sleeping . Stay in good hotel where the parking is safe and secure . Looks like staying at hotel Niagara Falls not safe now . Police need to do more awareness because this the place where people comes to visit from different countries. Feel very sad .
