The location is downtown, just where I needed to be. Price was affordable. Breakfast was basic but all I really needed--good coffee. Parking is in a parking garage just down the street--no fuss.

This was our first stay, but not the last. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The decor was historic looking. We loved the ambiance. We did not take in the free breakfast even though there appeared to be a good selection. Checking in was a pleasant experience and the free parking off site was very close to the hotel. We will definitely return!

Room good size, nice comfy beds but bathroom could have had a bit more cleaning, overall stay was pleasant and a nice quick overnight stop before being on the rest of our journey. Nice location.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is at a nearby (1 block walk) parkade. Be sure to confirm details on the day you leave. Hotel is a little dated and beds could use a refresh. Breakfast is basic but there is plenty. Note the even numbered rooms on the 4th floor are beside the industrial AC unit.

This hotel is very dated which I understand as being one of the originals downtown. I had booked a two double bed room, when we arrived we were on the main floor which at first I thought was great until we realized there was only one window high up near the ceiling looking at a wall. This made you feel like you are in a basement. I guess you get what you pay for..overall it was ok..didnt spend a lot of time in the room anyway.. Based on that room experience I would not go back You had to park a block and a half away in a city lot and they gave you vouchers to pay your way out..very inconvenient
