The washroom floor was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were splatters of coffee (?) on the floor that were impossible to not notice. MORE IMPORTANTLY: I left a $60 item in the room. I know EXACTLY where it was when I left it, yet when I phoned the hotel to ask if I could pay to have it shipped to me, the answer was that no such item was found. This is disappointing, since replacement of this item will take days, or possibly weeks, if it can be replaced at all. Either the cleaning staff decided to keep it for themselves, or the front staff doesn't want to be bothered to return it, even though that would be done entirely at my cost, the price of which was entirely up to them.

Terrible experience with the hotels.com. I made the date wrong and wouldn’t switch it. I had to get the hotel to fix the trouble. Wasn’t happy with your service for the first time. The hotel and service was 5 star tho.
