This is an older property, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Having stayed at Ramada hotels before, I had fairly modest expectations, and overall the experience was pleasant. The only unusual issue I noticed was that the bathroom door in my room opened into the toilet, causing it to shift slightly when the door made contact. However, this may be specific to certain rooms and not representative of the hotel overall.

It was a nice place to stay, quiet, free from smoking. 15 minutes away from downtown by car. The rooms were kept clean . The amenities were outdated. Other hotels offer a pack lunch for people who step out early to excursions. No many Places to eat, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to a restaurant 20 mins to a mall.

Property is dated and would greatly benefit from some renovations. Rooms aren't the cleanest, and several of the amenities, including the coffee maker and TV, weren't in working order. The bed was also on wheels and would roll out from the wall while climbing in. Parking is pretty limited and not included with the room. Staff at the front desk was cordial but not overly warm. On the upside, housekeeping provided fresh towels and made the bed daily while we were out and about. They offer a free continental breakfast with a coffee station every morning and have several vending machines with snacks and drinks in the lobby. Overall, an okay place to stay if you don't plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a superb stay. A small note for management: the breakfast buffet was quite good; however, around 9:30 AM, some items were no longer available and were not restocked. I was informed that it was because I arrived late, although breakfast service was scheduled until 10:00 AM. It would be appreciated if items could be replenished consistently until the stated closing time. Thank you once again for an otherwise wonderful experience.

You will be staying in a very smelly and loudly place please read before you book if you are planing to book one queen bed there will be a stairs only. The rooms are not clean and the bathroom is very bad

The breakfast was the same every day and offered very limited choices. The rooms were not very appealing and felt more like a basic travelers’ lodge than a comfortable hotel. The hallways were also not very clean, which made the overall appearance of the hotel less inviting. Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more variety in the breakfast options.

To elevator post claims it was recently renovated, but the hallway appears neglected in the room smells unpleasant. There was even a spider in our room and the room keys don’t work so we have to rekey them every day. The only positive aspect is that the beds are firm enough however Parking is a major issue as there’s not enough space. The breakfast was OK.
