Everything is fine.

Clean room, friendly staff, great bed but the noise from the street was very loud, and the window didn’t shut properly, would probably ask for the back of the hotel next time. Also, there’s not many places to have dinner.

The place is run down and it smell like Marijuana. We stayed on the second floor the whole floor and my room was polluted with a strong smell of marijuana. I had an asthma attack. There was blood on the sheets. Some of the elevators didn’t work. I felt very unsafe and so did my wife in your hotel. I had to leave after two hours at your hotel. I am very upset and will be writing a letter to the ceo of how poorly this hotel is operated. I felt sorry for the receptionist as there was no manager on site. I will never be staying at a Ramada hotel again.

Average +++ Very clean, plenty of variety menu for continental breakfast in comparison to other places. Being on Decarie blvd might make it convenient but it’s very noisy even at night.

Bad experience not provide the room at time I reached here 1:42 am but staff provide me room near about 3 am

A solid place to stay, especially given the very affordable rates. After seeing so many negative reviews, our expectations were low, but we were pleasantly surprised. Room 102 appeared to have been recently renovated, everything worked as expected, and the space was clean. I can’t speak to the condition of the other rooms, but ours was great. Thanks for the clean room!

It started as soon as we got there. The front desk lady was rude and very short with us. Like we were interrupting her day by checking in. The walls are paper thin we heard everything from the rooms around us. They were just talking and we could hear every word. The floor was very loud Even into the wee hours. Not sure what was happening in the hallway but it was so loud. We couldn’t sleep. Luckily another guest opened their door to yell at them to be quiet. The pool was murky and it wasn’t clean looking. The buffet was ok. Cold eggs. No meat. The banana bread was delicious tho. Shower pressure was great. Nice hot water. Beds were comfy. Pillows were not. The fridge in the room made a loud noise on and off all Night long. Like a trolly was being rolled around. Not your normal fridge buzz.

Dec21st stay Very disappointing stay. The key cards did not work properly, which was frustrating. The heater in my room was not working properly, and when I called the reception for help, the staff member’s attitude was very rude. Instead of trying to assist, he hung up the phone. I had to go downstairs myself to speak to him again; his attitude improved slightly, but the situation should never have reached that point. Additionally, there was a lot of traffic noise, as the hotel is located on a very busy road, making it difficult to rest. Overall, a poor experience and not what I expected. Français Séjour très décevant. Les cartes-clés ne fonctionnaient pas correctement, ce qui était très frustrant. Le chauffage dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien, et lorsque j’ai appelé la réception pour demander de l’aide, l’employé avait une attitude très déplacée. Au lieu d’essayer de résoudre le problème, il a raccroché le téléphone. J’ai dû descendre moi-même pour lui parler à nouveau. Son attitude était un peu meilleure, mais cela n’aurait jamais dû arriver. De plus, il y avait beaucoup de bruit de circulation, car l’hôtel est situé sur une route très fréquentée, ce qui rend le repos difficile. Expérience globalement négative.

Room was just okay. Bit definitely not worth the price. The staff was good and were accommodating. The breakfast was not good. Below average.
