La chambre était correct. Les points négatifs étaient le bruit de l'autoroute, le stationnement restreint et l'odeur de marijuana dans la nuit, provenant de l'aération de la salle de bain.

The room is very dirty. Bedsheets were not clean and full of dust. Complained twice but no one came to change the sheets. Worst experience ever in terms of cleanliness

The price was affordable and the staff were very friendly and helpful in both english and french. After I got home I needed a reciept to claim the cost and the ramada phone service was also exceptional. The only negative was that the complimentary breakfast was pretty simple, and some of the pastries were stale. I would definitely stay again but buy fresher pastries from the IGA around the corner!

Tout était mauvais. 1. Le check in a pris 2 heures 2. On m’a change de chambre 3 fois car l’une bruyante et l’autre sans chauffage. 3. Pas de connexion à la wifi 4. Machine à café ne fonctionne pas 5. Chasse d’eau défectueuse donc l’eau coulait continuellement dans les toilettes. On a dû fermer la valve. 6. Le petit déjeuner à la limite du mangeable avec des assiettes en polystyrène de 1er prix et des couvert en plastique 1er prix. Plus d’œufs et des viennoiseries froides et vieilles. Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel. Je demande un remboursement intégral. Merci.

Terrible. Staff was unwilling to offer any compensation or help really. No heat no hot water the building is filthy and run down. We were trapped inside the parking lot unable to exit due to the parking lot overrun with cars and one vehicle blocking the exit entirely. Worst experience ever

Le système de chauffage à manqué en pleine nuit, et j'ai du attendre au moins 45 minutes au poste d'accueil pour qu'on me change de chambre. J'avais payé un supplément pour une chambre lit King, et on m'a donné une chambre avec double lit double... Je sais que ce n'est pas la faute de l'employé qui se trouvait à l'accueil vers minuit et demi (dans la nuit du Samedi 24 au Dimanche 25 Janvier), car il devait gérer seul les nouveaux arrivés, le téléphone, et ceux qui venaient aussi se plaindre du système de chauffage qui avait lâché dans leur chambre (mes félicitations à lui, d'ailleurs pour sa patience et d'avoir gardé son contrôle), mais j'aurais au moins aimé une compensation financière quelconque pour se désagrément (et/ou qu'on ne me charge pas les frais de stationnement, qui est un vrai problème à cet hotel. Vous devriez penser à construire un à côté quelque part où les clients vont mettre leur véhicule avec leur carte de chambre lorsque le principal est complet...).

Overall, our stay was good for the price we paid for the room. It was close enough to the Bell Centre to make travel easy. Lots of options for food around the hotel. A few things to note: - Parking lot was incredibly small for the amount of rooms in the building, and cost an extra $10.00 We were fortunate enough to get parking both nights we stayed but I am sure some guests were not that fortunate. - The microwave was clean and worked well, but I had to move it to the floor to use it, as there was no where to plug it in where it was supposed to be. - Hallways are worn, elevator was shakey, but the room was decent. Definitely a little worn but overall solid. Shower was great. Bed was on wheels which was strange. - Stayed in the 500 section, and there was a small amount of repeating ambient noise that could be heard quite clearly without the air unit going. As someone with sensory problems, I am pleased the fan was loud enough to block the sound out. - Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about.

La salle de bain moissie sur les mur doyche qui couke de partout poiles a sol moisi orage contour du bain lampe ds la chambre brisée, vraiment déçue de cela les gens parle en anglais comprends mal le francais vraiment j si deja vue mieux le stationnement trop petit pour l hôtel j ai vraiment pas aimer mon sejour a cette hotel me je m attendait a mieux

During my stay there, my car got stolen in the morning from hotel parking. Terrible experience..

Chambre tres propre et personnel tres courtois.

My stay was very nice

The staff at the hotel were lovely but the property is quite run down in places - poor mattress, curtains didnt meet in the middle, swimming pool area is cold and the sauna wasnt working. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom at times. That said, the hotel felt safe and was near a metro station, staff were friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was good value for money.
