I'm sure this place is better when Toronto doesn't go through a crazy snow storm, but it was just a bit inconvenient to stay there with that much snow

Exceeded my expectations

Expedia did not make it clear this was not for Ontarians - we travelled a long way in a snowstorm to check in and were refused our booked and paid for room because we live at the edge of the GTA. Looked nice though.

I liked how it was walkable to and from places where I needed to be.

Good value for money

overall pretty good but when it came to showering I could not tell which gel was body wash and which gel was shampoo.

The room was not whaat i saw in Pic while i book form hotel.com so inhighly recomend to avoid this hotel in your next trip

It was the worst stay I could ever imagine. As I finalized 24h on the road from Europe to Toronto and had a business call to attend I kindly asked them if we could to the parents and the check in later since I was so late already in my meeting. They asked me for my passport and I gave it to them and also my card which I thought they wanted an other id but turns out they wanted the credit card. They just mentioned the card wasn’t passing and it most be a fake card and they won’t let me check in. I than stated impossible it’s not working since I’ve done many countries with the same card without ever having an issue. They got offended since I was answering to them and acted as if I had been the worse customer. They refused me saying I would cause issue since I couldn’t properly understand what they wanted from me and handed me an all ready paper with the hostels around to go take a night. As if all this is a recurrent activity of theirs to refuse people and tell them to go see elsewhere. Worse customer service, attitude I’ve seen in my life.

The best for the value u pay. Good breakfast, clean rooms, good bathrooms and showers and very helpful staff. Honestly saying, the best hostel I have ever tried Clean kitchen , free hot drinks , free rice , alot of pots and pans

The staff at check in and check out were very knowledgeable and helpful. The room was a great size just for being there for one night. Definitely will stay here again in my future travels to the city.

Just had a quick stay but property and staff were really nice. Area was nice with lots of food spots.Bed was good and there was curtain for privacy. There was one homeless dude outside for a bit shouting but not the hostels fault.

The hostel was clean, comfortable, and convenient. And for the price, it cannot be beat! I would definitely recommend.
