Staybridge Suites LONDON, an IHG Hotel

Enjoyed our one night stay. Clean room and very comfortable. Also enjoyed the 12 noon check out time. Didn't feel rushed to check out. Would stay again.

Everything was really good except huge potholes in the driveway and parking lot

We liked the room, it was perfect for our group, unfortunately, we had to walk through construction to get to it. We had no idea they were under renovations. The social hour was disappointing, not sure if it was a bring your own nacho night because they had salsa, cheese, etc. but nothing to put it on! There was nothing to drink even though the website said 'Join us for complimentary food, beer, and wine at our happy hour'

Hotel is going through renos currently but didnt seem to impact things too much. Breakfast was on par with what you expect at a hotel breakfast. Room was very nice. Big. Kitchen came stocked with enough kitchen gear to make whatever food you were after. Beds were comfy.

Stay was good. Unfortunately lobby under renovation but still offered breakfast. Hotel was busy with hockey tournament in town too. Pool was open which was good

Wonderful stay. Conveniently located close to shopping and entertainment. Rooms were large, clean and staff was friendly.

Argued that the rate I booked through hotels.com was in valid and tried to add over $100 pernight to the confirmed price from Hotels.com. did not want to honour the accessibility requests I had asked - ie. Close to elevator or near an exit. Had to fight to get relocated to near an elevator. Also concerned that my bank notifications show authorization for payment twice. Was given a left handed explanation. Will be watching very closely to see my creditcard statement. Not a great stay.

Loved the location and how safe it is, the ongoing renovation in the lobby made it difficult to hang around there

Property was under renovation so messy and front reception was only one person We had king bed it was to big for room. Very tight to get beside bed made getting up during night dangerous. Thought I would hit hip on dtesser. Should be queen.

The staff was absolutely super friendly. Even the manager went out of his way to do us a favor. My only complaint is that they were under construction. Even though they did their best to work through it and not be an inconvenience to the guest, which they did.

There was construction going on and I appreciate that, but it didn't hamper our stay. Found a few hairs but nothing major in the tub. Will stay again in the future. It's a great spot for what we needed. Continental breakfast was great (Eggs and Bacon).

Breakfast was not the greatest, hotel room (2 bedroom)was very spacious and comfy bed. Pool was small but clean, with towels being refreshed during our stay. Pool washroom were too far from pool. Renovations were being done but there was no noise. Staff were friendly.

Great atmosphere and staff was friendly

There were wonderful things about this hotel and mediocre aspects. The renovation not a problem. The room was large and comfortable however, not the room I booked. We booked the suite with 1 king and 2 double beds - I was excited that our family of 6. We got a suite with 2 kings. This change was not mentioned when we checked in and when I went to see what happen, I was told that room doesn’t exist at this location. I was mostly disappointed in the lack of customer service related to the concern - why not tell me when I checked in that the room was not available? Why did I need to come down to investigate?

Very very clean and the reception was very pleasant to deal with

We were not told this hotel is under renovation at the time of booking. We did not receive the room we booked and although the exact room we booked was available on the website we’re not offered the room we wanted. We were given a cot bed as an alternative. Rooms were nicely renovated, however floors were dirty from renovation. Breakfast was not as advertised and times not provided. All food cleared out by 930 am, very early! We had to try and get our teens something else. Check in was pleasant, but after that I rarely saw anyone available at the front desk. We had no housekeeping although definitely saw someone in the halls. Not even towels refreshed. Stayed two nights. I hope the renovations finish soon, this property has promise but needs some serious work to communicate with guests more clearly, better effort to clean rooms even during renovation and customer service.

I understand the breakfast area was under construction. The area being used was fine but the breakfast was below par. There were no cups no coffee and area was very messy.

The hotel is under construction with dumpsters and storage pods around the property. Furniture piled in common areas. A broken air conditioner sitting in the middle of the hall. There is a general sense that the hotel is low on linen. No sheet was in our room for our pull out couch. Only two bath towels per room for 4. The pool had no towels at all. We had to ask and call for each of these items and waited up to 30 min for delivery.

Stay was good, staff were friendly . Hospitality staff left dirty sheets on bed and a pair of socks in drawer.. Otherwise not a bad stay
