The Parker is in a great location for easy access to everything downtown, Granville Island, and is a 10 min walk to Yaletown metro station for easy connection to YVR. The room was exactly what I needed for my stay. The staff were polite & helpful. Would definitely stay again!

If you’re looking to stay right in the heart of downtown, this is a great spot. You’re surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and the city has such a great vibe. Getting around is super easy too, with buses practically at your doorstep. The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and our room on the 7th floor was comfortable overall. The only downsides were the tiny bathroom, the windows that barely opened (one was stuck slightly open), and the room was extremely humid. The vents also seemed to let in quite a bit of lint and dust, which wasn’t ideal, and I ended up developing a rash during our stay. That said, we still really enjoyed our time here, and I’d happily book this hotel again if I was staying downtown.

Couldn’t fully close the window so morning noise was pretty bad, and the water machines were a tad bit annoying to get to. Staff were extremely diligent and our room was maintained very well. Staff were extremely welcoming and willing to do whatever they could if we asked.

This was conveniently located for during the world cup ESPECIALLY for the price!! (unusual for that event). Was so grateful. The front desk/concierre were so helpful. The rooftop very classy and yet comfortable, We went in our game clothes but could go dressed up too. Fresh market and waterfront very close by. Loved it all!!! Would definitely return. Gym is ok. Lacking some weights, etc. Have seen better gyms. Very comfy bed. Stay there!

Excellent customer service. Staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to everything, store, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Public transportation is very accessible, and no hassle. The surrounding of the hotel is safe and quiet. I highly recommend it for a quiet accommodation for your next trip to Vancouver BC.
