Beautiful hotel located perfectly between the bay, shopping and Granville Street. Very clean and super friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Easy to take the train from the airport and then a short walk from your stop. I will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was very nice. Convenient location to the downtown and to the waterfront. Breakfast was included and very good.

Staff were friendly and helpful, security was present which was nice as a solo traveler. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (sink overflow looked gross). TV also didn’t work great, took a lot of troubleshooting and sometimes just gave up. Fridge in the room wasn’t very cold either. Bedding was clean and the shared spaces were well maintained. Lots of windows and was able to open window for fresh air which was a bonus.

Good location, close to Grandville Island. Very kind and helpful staff. Wagner helpee with activities to do. Just noted that washroom exhaust fan was not cleaned well other clean and maintained well.

Overall this place really wasn’t worth the money. The proximity to the beach, Granville Island & Stanley Park was nice but the hotel is very warn down and uncomfortable. Notably the beds were very stiff, with sheets that did not fit so they came off the bed very easily and in one case on our last night we even had a pillow with a bloodstain!! I personally won’t take my family back but hope that others have a better experience should they chose to stay there.

Basically just used the hotel as a place to sleep before going to the airport the following day. Staff were friendly but our room was pretty rundown and the windows were super dirty with handprints and what looked like a child had licked/drooled all over them. The hotel was definitely overpriced for value.
