Great place for the price… then again nothing is cheap in Vancouver!

Never go here rooms smelled of smoke and wife has allergies to tobacco and they wouldn't refund our room money we ended up just leaving

Breakfast staff need more help

This is a nice, well-priced place to stay in the downtown area of Vancouver. It's close to but not in the middle of everything. It's walkable to many neighborhoods including the restaurants on Davie St and Yaletown. We were able to walk to the Skytrain Metro stop after our checkout - glad it was mostly downhill because going the other way with luggage could be a challenge. They have a large storage room to keep your bags, if needed. Our flight was not until the evening, so we kept our bags there all-day. Our 4th floor room was very clean, modern and had nice amenities, but not much room to lay out luggage. There were two large club chairs to lounge in that took up space, so I guess that's the tradeoff. The wall between the bathroom and the main area was not well insulated, so a lot of noise filtered through when someone took a shower. Also, the HVAC system was very loud. If you are a light sleeper, it will likely wake you up when it cycles on. Thankfully, the room was a comfortable temperature overnight, so we did not need to have it on until the morning. The breakfast add-on we chose was worth it - inexpensive, good and filling. At night, we did have a cocktail at the roof-top bar, which was quite lovely. A great place to wind down after a day out on the town. The hotel staff in the lobby, the restaurant and bar were all very nice. Overall, I was happy with our stay at The Parker.

The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to help us with our stay (loading the car with luggage, early check in, elevator help) especially Kiti. Thanks so much, will be coming back!

Don’t know what the issue is but it just seems everybody just talks at you not to you rudely at reception when we checked indifferent receptionist when we called to ask questions just does not seem like a warm, friendly inviting atmosphere and just indifferent won’t be staying at this place again if this is the decorum of customer service this hotel provides

Good location breakfast and staff

Great location, very helpful staff throughout, really good breakfast and great buzz in the rooftop bar. One tip - book your spot in the rooftop, it’s very busy.

The staff was always very helpful & courteous. Room was a tad bit outdated, large dust bunnies in the bathroom exhaust vent, and ‘stains’ on the ceiling in main room. A bit overpriced for what we got.

The hotel was really dated. Overall clean. Elevators did not work properly at times.

The amenities don't come close to the price point. Rooms are old and cramped. My clothes were removed by the cleaning crew off the hook and lost. Beds and pillows feel like rocks. Would not recommend thos place. The only redeeming point was the amazing staff.

Got the jacuzzi queen suite for a night. Room was fine, clean but small, I suppose because of the big jacuzzi. Few scuffs and dents on the walls. Shower was small. The jacuzzi itself was a nice big tub but turning on the jets made this obnoxiously loud sound, sounded like a jet engine powering up just to get the jets going. Bathroom sink plug in didnt work but didnt bother calling about it since we were just there for a night. Room was fine but expected better for the price I paid.

We stayed for one night. Staff was very helpful, and the hotel and room were nice and clean. Great location and perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

Front desk staff exceptional. Appreciate of the shuttle to the cruise port.
