I loved the friendly and attentive staff! Room was very clean. The L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom are a great bonus. The hotel is in an older building, but the room is kept fairly updated. TV is not the newest and can't do Airplay, which an HDMI cable can take care of. The floor my room is on is likely getting some plumbing repairs as one of the walls in the hallway was torn down, exposing the pipes. As a potential suggestion, covering the big hole on the wall with a drop sheet or tarp may be a good idea when nobody's working on it.

This hotel was amazing! The location is great, the room was good - no complaints. Rooms were quiet and well appointed. The best though? The customer service. Both Kiti at the front desk and the valet service were so welcoming. Thank you, I will be back!

It looks like they found all of the little annoying details in a hotel stay and fix them, check out at 1200pm, great breakfast, and most important of all, the entire staff we came in contact was sooooo nice, front desk, breakfast staff, and of all Wagner at the concierge desk. Omg remarkable.
