The room was clean and the staff was very helpful with navigating parking. As it was my first stay there, Avers even parked my car me. Unfortunately the restaurants were under renovation during our stay, but i would love to come another time, to check out the Breakfast and the bar. Im not sure what i did to deserve it, but thank you to the manager who even gave us free parking! breakfast breakfast

I loved the friendly and attentive staff! Room was very clean. The L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom are a great bonus. The hotel is in an older building, but the room is kept fairly updated. TV is not the newest and can't do Airplay, which an HDMI cable can take care of. The floor my room is on is likely getting some plumbing repairs as one of the walls in the hallway was torn down, exposing the pipes. As a potential suggestion, covering the big hole on the wall with a drop sheet or tarp may be a good idea when nobody's working on it.

This hotel was amazing! The location is great, the room was good - no complaints. Rooms were quiet and well appointed. The best though? The customer service. Both Kiti at the front desk and the valet service were so welcoming. Thank you, I will be back!
