My sister and I went into Vancouver to do Christmas shopping. The hotel we stayed at was lovely service was great. I would highly recommend to stay there again..

Always a good stay ! Convenient location , comfy beds. The valet parkers are super great . Warning - if you are a Netflix subscriber With Ads , you will not ba able to jse Chromecast to watch Netflix.

The service at this hotel truly stood out! We received a complimentary early check-in, and the staff even let us use the microwave downstairs since our room didn’t have one. On our last day, they arranged shuttle service to the SkyTrain to get us to the airport, even though the chauffeur was on break, such great hospitality! The rooftop was a whole vibe! The food was good, the service was excellent, and the servers were so friendly that we genuinely enjoyed chatting with them. We visited on a Sunday, which turned out to be perfect because they had live music. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned in style, but they were clean and had all the essentials, including L’Occitane toiletries, dimmable lighting, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge. Overall, a great stay with exceptional service! Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and warm. The air conditioning unit was very noisy however so needed to be turned off at night. The tv kept losing signal and the channels appeared to be different programs to the tv guide. Otherwise an enjoyable stay and good location.

Not super clean, very loud at night (traffic, HVAC system and adjacent rooms) and difficult to sleep without ear plugs. Ok but not great customer service.
