The room was clean and staffs show hospitality.

整體可以！但洗手間內的熱水不夠熱、如果天氣比較再低溫就真的不夠熱了！（我住的時候大約6度左右還可以接受）

I really love staying at this hotel. The rooms are so clean and cozy. It is in a great location for walks and bike rides around the sea wall.

It locates in a convenient corner

Nice hotel in a good location. A little disappointed with the hotel staff, although they were nice, they were not very helpful. Upon arrival, we were told to self-park our car (even though our booking included the parking package and valet was emphasized). As a result, we never learned about how the valet service worked and only learned about it the morning of our departure and had to work with the bell man on it in a rush that morning. Additionally, we were hoping to use the bike rentals that were featured as an amenity but the front desk staff said they didn't know how it worked and told us to talk to the bellman, who was no where to be found - so we never used it. It's a nice, clean hotel and the rooftop is great, but we were just disappointed with these minor things.

Staff were amazing, one house keeper kept checking on me when I had food poisoning and I was puking for a day. She was very kind. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name to thank her! I will definitely be back

Breakfast was ok, menu alittle much. Bagel avocado get outta Dodge.

A little outdated but friendly staff. Stayed during the week and it was super noisy early morning around 7am from the construction and trash trucks. Good location to local bars.

The location was beautiful. Staff are attentive and friendly, specifically Kori. What a wonderful host you have at this hotel. The hotel room was very clean and nice.

Had hair on my pillows and in my bed also they don't do any type of manual credit card

Rooms were clean. Great value for money. We loved the location. Staff were very accommodating. I can’t believe that the Parker has a similar review to the Burrard. The Parker is far superior.

We stayed there for 10 days and were very happy with the help from staff, including those worked at the front desk, valet, cleaning and second-floor restaurant. The location is great--walking distance to lots of downtown attractions and a short drive to the Denman Street area (lots of street food and close to the beach). Note that if you pick the free breakfast option, you will be responsible for the valet cost if you have a vehicle (approx. $50/day!). The front desk gave us a deep discount for our stay. The breakfast vouchers were handy and flexible (two per day but you could also use more than two in one day) and we ended up not using all of them. The plated breakfast was awesome--way above buffet quality. Only thing I noticed was that when it got cold outside, the heating system was a bit noisy at night--It did not affect others in the room but I am a light sleeper.

Habitación doble pequeña adecuada, camas cómodas, baño renovado y con amenities de L’Occitane, nos tocó 8vo piso debajo del restaurante por lo que a media noche tuvimos ruidos de sillas y mesas arrastrando hasta q solicitamos pararan. El hotel es viejo y lo están restaurando. El estacionamiento caro! 52 Dlls con taxes. Para una noche estuvo adecuado.

Très propre. Robes de chambre à disposition. Les produits de toilette à la verveine ont été grandement appréciés. Accueil chaleureux. Situation géographique excellente. Prix abordables. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Clean room, good staff. But down side was the jacuzzi room with a broken jacuzzi.

I did not expect this level of service to be honest, but felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment we stepped in the door. This was a quick weekend visit and therefore I didn’t have high needs or expectations but the Parker was incredible. Kiti at the front desk made check in a breeze, answered my questions without hesitation, and was there seemingly 24/7 always in the lobby with a smile on ready to help. The room was spotless, very modern, and had comfy beds. The bathroom seemed brand new and the l’occitane amenities were appreciated. Every aspect of the room was comfortable - the big chairs, the giant TV, the ice bucket (with ice and water machine steps away in the hallway), and the unique dimmer switch which meant the lights weren’t just on/off. The view was nothing special but having a room up high made it easier to take in the sunlight in the morning. The shuttle is a great perk that helps get around the city without needing to figure out directions or transit. Having a restaurant up top was unique and there are great views up there. Even being on the 8th floor I found it amazing that the noise and music from the 9th floor restaurant didn’t carry through at all. The hotel feels compact with a small lobby and driveway but its location is convenient for much of Vancouver. Parking is absurdly expensive at $52/night which is higher than even five star hotels I have stayed at before. Aside from that, this place is a great option and we will be back again.

My stay at the Parker Hotel and Rooftop was very enjoyable. The staff were courteous and helpful, breakfast was appropriate and the location of the hotel was very good for sightseeing and a pleasant walk to restaurants.
