The Parker is in a great location for easy access to everything downtown, Granville Island, and is a 10 min walk to Yaletown metro station for easy connection to YVR. The room was exactly what I needed for my stay. The staff were polite & helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Property was very well located in a central area. Easy walking or quick Uber to everywhere. Room was well presented. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great grocery store half a block away. Fresh market? They gently warm giant cookies there were great!
They had just reopened the restaurant where you could have date night, but we had made other plans.

If you’re looking to stay right in the heart of downtown, this is a great spot. You’re surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants, and the city has such a great vibe. Getting around is super easy too, with buses practically at your doorstep.
The hotel was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and our room on the 7th floor was comfortable overall. The only downsides were the tiny bathroom, the windows that barely opened (one was stuck slightly open), and the room was extremely humid. The vents also seemed to let in quite a bit of lint and dust, which wasn’t ideal, and I ended up developing a rash during our stay.
That said, we still really enjoyed our time here, and I’d happily book this hotel again if I was staying downtown.

Not great, the pictures on the website do not match what it is..my experience is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. Had a room on 8 floor, that was way small for the two double beds( too small for one queen I’d say) ..no storage, closet too small and narrow to open luggage rack,let alone actually put luggage on it , no space to put rac in room , forced to put suitcases on bed when needed to open.. could hear chairs scraping the floor from rooftop lounge above all night. Worst shower pressure have ever seen…usb in nightstand light didn’t work..maybe other rooms better, I dunno , but did not enjoy my stay at all

I booked this hotel to attend the World Cup game with my daughter. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Very nice, modern and most of all great value. It included a very good free breakfast as well. We dined at not rooftop bar for dinner and it also was great value for their golden hour happy hour.

This location was very good for exploring the False Creek area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Some maintenance is needed, the sink was cracked and the air conditioner very noisy.

Staff at front desk very friendly and nice.However we were looking really forward to going to the rooftop patio for cocktails and appys before dinner. Staff at the front desk told us they open at 3pm ,when we went up there ,another lady with a baseball hat on told us we cant be up there,cause it was all closed for a private event,wouldn't even let us look around. So our 1st time and didn't get to see what we came for in the 1st place. Rooms were nice and clean
