I have recently stayed at Xingle Hotel in Suzhou. I was totally impressed. Room and facilities were great. Service was excellent.

The service is good. The staff is very helpful to assist in canceling the reservation when I made a double booking for my room. The hotel staff also helped to load my luggage into my car when I checked out. Thanks for all the hospitality.
