Breakfast variety was good but local breakfast items were the best. Room was clean and comfortable with a good hairdryer which is important for me. Staff were great and I enjoyed the history of Suzhou by the Manager and his knowledge is great. He gave a lot of exploration tips and I definitely need to go back Suzhou again to throughly enjoy the city

The entire property had a vintage feel to it. Staff were great. Cleanliness was great and the bed was very comfortable. I did my photoshoot with the hotel’s photoshoot shop. The cheongsame were very well made, comfortable and pretty. The photographers were awesome, they made me smile naturally and the photographs were very well done. Highly recommended.

The hotel building was good but the staffs were unhelpful at all. Every time when we asked for help, the first response was “no or can’t do, because balabala….” They offered us whole fruits but couldn’t provide a knife for peeling or cutting. The worst part is in such a big hotel with internal restaurants, the staffs even couldn’t find someone to cut the fruits for us. That was bazaar. Secondly, they had the self-service laundry but even took up to 3 hours the washing dryer couldn’t dry up our clothes. When we asked for hangers, we were refused to provide the sufficient amount. Thirdly, the hotel was so big, and it was so easy to get lost to someone who was new to stay. Not just us, when other customers asked for directions, no staff was willing to take the customer to the destination. They just pointed the direction with more than 3 turns. The other customer ended up asking them to draw a handwritten map. There were 5-6 staffs in the lobby with no other customers to service but no one could take that customer in person. Overall, the hotel service was extremely poor. Not recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow—an absolutely stunning stay at Pan Pacific Suzhou! The hotel is breathtaking, especially the classical Chinese gardens—peaceful, elegant, and incredibly beautiful. Walking through the grounds feels like stepping into a painting. The staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and super helpful, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. One of the highlights was renting a hanfu dress directly at the hotel. The collection is gorgeous, with so many beautiful styles to choose from, and the service was truly professional—from fitting to styling. It made the entire experience feel authentic and special. Everything about this stay was amazing. Highly, highly recommended! 🌸
