Hotel staff are very nice and helpful even though there are only few who speak English. I inquired about private transportation service to Hangzhou. The young man (I should have asked for his name) got my info, and later came to my room and confirmed the booking. Great service! Minus one star for this rating is the room soundproof is very poor. We can hear everything in the hallway; people talk loud and run around late at night, and we hear it all.

It’s very nice property. We booked a two bedroom executive suite with great view out of the tower. We also try the breakfast buffet with very reasonable price and great election of both Westin and Chinese style breakfast.
