We stayed here for four nights and the experience was amazing! It’s tucked away on a quiet little side street but it is in an area that is walkable for experiencing local authentic cuisine. There is a park and fitness center directly across from the hotel and it is easy to get local didis or taxis to take you around town. The metro is also close by and easily walkable. The room was very clean and spacious as well. All of the desk staff and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

I always stay at this hotel, facility a bit old, but Hilton is Hiton, good management, also close to sports complex. Even had chance to played some tennis while in Chongqing.

Big rooms and very clean. Loved the location because it was so close to the Line 1 metro line which takes you to all the main sightseeing spots. Local area is more relaxed than elsewhere In Chongqing

The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay.

Rooms bathtub was dirty, we had to clean it before we could use it. The bed linens smelled bad. Only there for 2 nights and it was New Years, so we just dealt with it . Also there is no notice of the massive 2000 rmb deposit.

The hotel was new, the room was in a good condition, there was not many things to do around the hotel and theynare quite stingy with the amenities (they only provide us 1 set of shampoo, conditioner and so on )

I stayed one night only but the room was very comfortable, executive lounge was nice with a good selection of food. Staff were very helpful as I needed help sorting out a train ticket. Nice atmosphere.

I have booked my room from 4th to 6th March.
1st i message hotel to arrange for early check in. No reply
2nd my card was disable on 5th midnight when i go back to my room. When down to reception and change my card. To my surprise it still can't be used and have to wait for more than 10mins before someone attend to me. And i have a guest with me. I feel so embarrassed
