Had one night in Chungdu. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful to make sure we made the most of our short stay. We were upgraded and our request for a room on a lower floor was made possible. Shame we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel but a great location and super room.

Everything was very good, especially the staff. I speak little Mandarin and they did their best to explain locations to me. The words written on each light button are too small for people who cannot read small prints. I suggest you number each button from 1 to 8 or 9, indicate what each button is for, laminate it and stick it on the wall or bedside table.

Das Hotel liegt leider nicht besonders günstig und wirkt bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Laute Verkehr ist zu hören. Zudem wurde eine Kaution von rund 120 € einbehalten, was ich als wenig kundenfreundlich empfand. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht meinen Erwartungen.

We stayed here for four nights and the experience was amazing! It’s tucked away on a quiet little side street but it is in an area that is walkable for experiencing local authentic cuisine. There is a park and fitness center directly across from the hotel and it is easy to get local didis or taxis to take you around town. The metro is also close by and easily walkable. The room was very clean and spacious as well. All of the desk staff and door attendants were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay.

住了4天3晚的实际体验，仅供参考：1.离地铁口实际有500米左右，山城导航的直线距离不靠谱；2.酒店设施老旧，2002开业时的装修风格和设施；3.床和床垫很老旧，无法支撑腰和劲椎，睡后腰疼劲椎疼；4.淋御无顶喷，手持花洒软管很短，勉强到腰部，无法实现洗脚自由，花洒尺寸很小，约莫1女生拳头大小，水压还可以。
