Amazing location! Very centrally located with most of the shopping malls adjacent or walking distance. They have a fantastic breakfast spread. And the staff is really polite, kind and helpful. Also, the gym is very well equipped!

That was when I met a hotel concierge staff member who went above and beyond to help me out, which deeply moved me. Her name is Miss Perla Mai. Even though she was on her way home from work, she graciously escorted me all the way from the starting point to my destination. I was profoundly touched by her kindness. Because of her exceptional service, I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future and will highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The housekeeping was good, the staff were helpful. The room was great. But what i do not understand is that I booked a non-smoking hotel so that I have a place to avoid the never-ending smoking in China but they allowed a smoker to continue smoking despite already highlighting it to them. If the non-smoking rule is not enforced, you probably have to inform your guests that there will be smokers smoking in the hotel regardless. By the 2nd time I informed your staff, the smoker should have been chased out after the 1st warning.

I reserve two rooms, one room with big bed and another room with double bed for my family. The receptionist refused to offer a double bed in the beginning. My sister compliant in the reception. A lady finally proposes to have solution with one more small bed inside the room. it creates unhappy experience for my family.

Room size is good price is reasonable (in American standard). Location is amazing with the hotel connects to three malls that range from super high end to family friendly. One of the three malls is called Zhengjia, it has tons of kid friendly shops, an ice rink, mini rainforest with petting zoo, perfect for family with young kids. Near the hotel with a couple minute walk there’s a subway station and an array of local small restaurants and shops - boba, stinky tofu, roasted chestnuts and yams, BBQ skewers…you name it they have it. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. It’s a decent accommodation and worth the money for its location.
