Very helpful n polite staff. Shen Jun from the concierge went out of the way to help me with some matters that makes my travel so much more pleasant. Good n convenient location with plenty of shopping food options. Will come bak again

It’s nice to be back to Sheraton again! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Club lounge room offers free drinks and food in the evening and breakfast. Level 2 buffet breakfast offers traditional Cantonese and international gourmets.
