Fantastic location on the edge of the French concession, pretty tree lined streets, boutiques loads of coffee shops, food stands, restaurants. Large hotel room, great shower, massive comfy bed and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city. Wonderful friendly staff, all very helpful.

Right In the heart of the city, surrounded by endless restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Steps to multiple bus lines and subway. Our room is large and with big windows. Room service is very good! I will stay again. The only thing is the carpet, it would be super nice if the hotel can change their outdated carpet.

Staff was amazing, they really did their best to accommodate us. Concierge was excellent as well. I think the highlight of our trip was the tennis court availability. Even though it was raining the days we wanted to play tennis, we loved that the option was there for us. The tennis court is outdoors

The location of the property is excellent with 3 subway lines just at footsteps of the hotel. The pedestrian overpass nearby can get you across busy highway with ease. Restaurants are abundant around the hotel with the Jingan Temple Shopping Plaza and streets well populated with all sorts of restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. I particularly liked the Atrium cafe at Kunlun for breakfast and for meeting friends for afternoon coffee.

This hotel has the greatest location, which is just few steps from metro station & also within walking distance from the Jinan temple. There are lots of good restaurant choices around the area, from local food and as well as high end restaurants. With its convenient location, it made my trip much easier and enjoyful. I highly recommend it.

Good location with convenient transportation. Service level needs to be improved on that room cleaning service cost 5 mins only for each day, tissue shortage was ignored, body scale was quite old and inaccurate. When checked in, under the situation of full prepayment, was still required to pay the deposit.
