The breakfast buffet is amazing, with great variety and food quality.

Great location hotel with superb breakfast buffet and the most wonderful staff. The young lady who serve me dinner took time to review maps of the city with me to be sure I had an interesting and safe cycle back to the airport. I'll be back for sure!

The staff were incredibly helpful and helped resolve the room reservation efficiently. I would feedback that the images of the superior room were misleading and the room was incredibly small compared to the images online.

It is a very convenient location close to the center of Copenhagen and just steps away from the Train station, shopping mall, grocery store, etc

Lovely hotel. Lots of choice for breakfast and very modern rooms and communal areas. Very friendly helpful staff. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in my standard room. Overall a lovely clean property and close to public transport

Only hotel I've been at that charges you for luggage storage. Staff is unhelpful and not friendly. Also, I booked a room and based on the pictures expected one thing...got something way smaller with way less. I tried to complain and ask, and they said "nope, that's what you get." It was just very frustrating to see a room advertised as a certain size, with a couch and a chair and space to spread out, and then get a room with none of that. It's a shame, because it's in a great area. But it's not worth the money

A great location and hotel, if you are arriving late let them as it appears complicated to arrive after midnight. Air-con didn't seem to work, we had a junior suite for the space. Pillows were extremely soft and need replacing.

Pros: room was spatios and clean; new modern design; bed comfortable; breakfast buffet had good selection. Cons: room ambiance more like in a cavern night bar (grey cement ceiling, copper shelves/table, low light); very small square pillows; thin towels; no kettle in the room; no free coffee/tea station. Location not great: metro station close; walking is possible but not pleasant in that district.

Great hotel, good location and good service.Outside needed cleaning up from partying the night before. Lot's of resturants close by.

This was our first trip to Copenhagen and the hotel was in a great location away from the crowded touristy areas. It is a pleasant walk to Tivoli, Nyhavn and other areas of the city. Vesterbro has a lot of charm and character with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. There is an IKEA and a large mall minutes away as well. Unfortunately there was confusion after check-in when we realised that we did not have the room we booked, only to be told our Junior Suite had been 'downgraded' and the website was not accurate in the types of rooms they show. It was past 10pm, the kids were tired, and the room we had been given was clearly not suitable for a family of 4. The staff tried their best to sort it out and were very friendly, although I wish this had been communicated beforehand since I had been in constant contact with the hotel. Had we not gone to complain, we would have never known which is rather annoying. We got an extra adjoining room and it didn't affect our stay. I was also rather surprised that a hotel such as this doesn't have a kettle or a fridge in a standard room. These are only for higher category rooms which is beyond bizarre to me as a frequent traveller. The breakfasts were busy but had quite a good selection. The lobby area has an incredible vibe, a place always buzzing with activity and also seemingly a popular worspace. Copenhagen is an amazing city and I would definitely visit again.

The location was perfect and the breakfast had plenty of choices.

Very good location close to the train central and the river. Room was cosy but smaller than publicized. Also, close to restaurants and pubs. You need to rent a locker or pay extra if you check in earlier. Good breakfast and nice staff.
