Horrible experiencia en el hotel. El día que nos entregaron la habitación nos encontramos con unas heces en la ducha. Justo le bañaba a mi hijo y pensamos que era una mancha en la baldosa, luego mi esposa se bañó y se empezó a deshacer y se dió cuenta que se trataba de excremento. Se reclamó a la recepción y gerencia y lo único que hicieron fue cambiarnos de habitación al día siguiente por una que inclusive tenía un baño más pequeño. Al desayuno tuvimos que hacer fila para poder darnos una mesa, ya que viene gente que paga por el brunch y por lo visto los huéspedes no tienen preferencia para las mesas del restaurante.
