We stayed one night at Chesford Grange while traveling from Oxford to Cambridge and were immediately charmed by its lovely architecture and spacious parking lot. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Our room, and the bathroom, were both surprisingly spacious, tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a restful night and woke up to a wonderful buffet breakfast. Later that day, once we had reached Cambridge, our daughter realized she had left one of her bags in the hotel lobby during check-out. We called the hotel, and the staff promptly located the missing item and kindly assisted with arranging DHL delivery (at our expense, of course, as the hotel’s standard policy only covers UK returns). Thanks to their swift and helpful response, the bag reached us safely at our next stop in France. It was not only a pleasant stay, but also a truly impressive aftercare experience. Thank you so much!
