From the moment I walked into the hotel, Muhammad the doorman greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and said, “Welcome back, I remember you guys.” That alone made my husband and me feel so good—Muhammad was truly amazing. I also wish I remembered the name of the gentleman at the concierge desk. He absolutely blew me away when he greeted me by my last name and even knew that my flight had been canceled upon arrival. His attention to detail and hospitality were exceptional. Both of them made our stay unforgettable.

The lowest category room is VERY SMALL. And the “city view” is not a city view but instead it is an inner “courtyard” view which basically means facing a wall. The rooms facing the park are lovely, but the other rooms are really awful

They personally escorted my husband and me to our room, explained how everything worked, and made sure we had everything we needed. The level of customer service was truly outstanding. I was especially impressed that the concierge agent remembered my name from when I booked our airport transportation, such a thoughtful and personal touch. Every interaction made us feel genuinely valued and treated like royalty. Service levels seem to have gone down - 1. I have been staying here for 7yrs. When I came in, I was asked if I had stayed here before. 2. Requested couple of small items from Housekeeping - had to call back after 20-25 mins - as no one showed up. This happened twice. 3. Gave a jacket for dey-cleaning. They had it tagged to the wrong room. It only came to me because I called to check. 4. Room service - quality of food was not great. I ordered Indian food - and there was still water under the rice bowl.. never had this before. 5. Every day, housekeeping kept putting water etc on the wrong side of the bed. It was obvious which side of the bed I was sleeping on. Again - I have stayed here for 7yrs- including earlier this year - and first time I am witnessing these issues. They are small, but combined just feels like something is off. I like the hotel and location and hopefully next stay here will be better.
