1、吃～～采购食材很方便（步行10分钟以内就有2间超市），room service 也不贵且出品令人满意。还有酒店一楼叫Nobu的日本餐厅听说很不错，可惜这次带娃出游，不便一试。 2、住～～舒适的2居2卫的公寓： 极简风格的公寓，打理的整洁干净，带2娃一起住可以大大减轻看娃的压力～因为每个房间都可以把门关稳～而且到处都很干净包括房间地毯。 而这里舒适的卧具以及大功率的花沙，完全可以帮助消除外出一天的疲劳。 3、行～～优越的地理位置： 出行：走路2分钟就有公交站（站名London Hilton hotel），从这里有多路公交直达市内著名景点，到Harrods也只要2个站。走路3分钟就到海德公园站，走路10分钟就到白金汉宫。 安全：就在使馆云集的区域。 下次来伦敦首选还是住这里～

Attentive staff, cozy room and amenities within walking distance

員工態度親切並有效率的協助任何問題，房間不是奢華路線，但簡單大方乾淨又舒適，床非常好睡和舒服，早餐也很好吃，很愉快的在這待了兩天

我特別選面對海德公園的房間 View真的非常棒！ 三大片窗戶，採光超讚 躺在窗戶旁沙發上，真是太美好了 飯店樓下還有日式料理「Nobu」 也不錯 超級物超所值的飯店

A bit expensive but very good location. I love the amenities which were signature products of the como shambala spa. Close to shopping areas.

Hotel was clean. Small things are big things - such as having refreshing ginger drink and a hand towel at the elevator waiting area.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, Muhammad the doorman greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and said, “Welcome back, I remember you guys.” That alone made my husband and me feel so good—Muhammad was truly amazing. I also wish I remembered the name of the gentleman at the concierge desk. He absolutely blew me away when he greeted me by my last name and even knew that my flight had been canceled upon arrival. His attention to detail and hospitality were exceptional. Both of them made our stay unforgettable.

The lowest category room is VERY SMALL. And the “city view” is not a city view but instead it is an inner “courtyard” view which basically means facing a wall. The rooms facing the park are lovely, but the other rooms are really awful

Rooms are very worn down

From the moment we arrived, everyone was exceptionally welcoming and eager to assist. The front desk staff went above and beyond. They personally escorted my husband and me to our room, explained how everything worked, and made sure we had everything we needed. The level of customer service was truly outstanding. I was especially impressed that the concierge agent remembered my name from when I booked our airport transportation, such a thoughtful and personal touch. Every interaction made us feel genuinely valued and treated like royalty. A special mention goes to the doorman, Muhammad Ali (I believe that’s his name), who was always courteous, professional, and ready to help with any request. His kindness and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We look forward to returning and highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and hospitality.

All straff members were very professional and helpful. I found the design of the room and hotel overall to be a nice balance of a minimalist impression but with high quality details everywhere. I would not hesitate to return.
