DoubleTree by Hilton London Greenwich

The pros: DoubleTree Greenwich graciously squeezed an order for wings in for us right as (or after) the kitchen was to close on the night we arrived. The restaurant was lovely for a sit-down meal the next day. And that extra pair of cookies -- it is a DoubleTree! -- hit the spot. The facilities were clean and comfortable throughout, too. The hotel, though, loses a star for two reasons: One, we had specifically reserved a queen and got a double. (We were too tired after our arrival and those wings to notice the first night.) Two, the path to the hotel from public transit from the south is a bit dodgy at night; there's nothing DoubleTree can do about that, I know, but it is a reality. If you're going to stay there -- and I'd recommend the place -- try to come in from the north.

Lovely comfortable bed, with soft fluffy pillows and duvet. Perfect.

Lovely property tucked away but close to the DLR so easy access to the O2 Arena

Staff were pleasant. View from our floor was amazing.

We didn’t want to stay in London City Centre do this was ideal. Lots to see and so handy for the DLR, Thames link trains & Uber boat.

Beautiful entrance and reception area on arrival the and front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful at all times. We only stayed two nights as we were there for a family wedding but thoroughly enjoyed a lovely evening dinner and excellent breakfast. We would love visit the Greenwich to spend more time and will certainly return to the Double Tree by Hilton hotel.

Stayed here for one night post wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful - they arranged for early access to a room so we could get changed before the wedding and arranging parking was easy too. Good amount of choice for breakfast.

Perfect quiet location. Away from the hussle abd bussle of the city. Safe too. Great bars and restaurants around the area

All aspects of stay excellent apart from disappointment re size of room.Probably should have realised this may be normal for London area.Room ok for 1 person not 2 and as quite often my “luck” the air conditioning units were outside the window. Arrived back after a lengthy day at 5pm to find room needed replenishing re towels etc.This was dealt with promptly and efficiently on request.

Room wasnt the best lost of stains ,smelt like we were staying in a fast food chain , this was the case on 1st and liwer ground top floor was fine , staff are helpfull , not the best double tree , great for commuting, safe ,

A great team, friendly proffesional. A really nice bar and the rooms were great.
