시설이 깔끔하고 직원들이 친절합니다. 방문한 시기가 겨울이라 그런것도 있겠지만, 처음 들어갔을땐 추웠습니다. 그래도 난방 틀어두고 나갔다 오면 따뜻해집니다. 역쪽에 the drip 이라는 커피숍 있는데 맛있습니다. 가보세요ㅋㅋ

Overall was nice- clean room but very small; did look like on the picture. The staff were friendly and smiling.

Not really

Good atmosphere, nice decor, clean rooms and generally quiet space. Not too long wait for the lifts either. Only thing is they could make it so one button calls both lifts and the closest lift then arrives to you but not a Biggie. Or helps avoid calling a packed lift.

Clean ground floor room; small but had usual amenites. Only downside; almost see through shower glass. Not ideal if family members entering lol

Room was dated a tired, but fine. But make sure not to get a room with an interconnecting door. It was like my neighbours were in the room with me. The breakfast was gtim. If you didn’t want a full English you’d a choice of slimy ham, melon and yogurt.

Room was a good size and very clean.

On the night of our wedding, me and my wife decided to spend 3 nights at the hotel. What should've been a nice, relaxing time turned into a stressful and embarrassing time. When we checked in, we asked for breakfast to be added to our stay each day - we were told by the staff member on call that he will sort it. Lo and behold, the following morning I find out it has not been added. Spoke with the manager on call, who didn't offer to do anything at the time. So I had to go back upstairs to get it sorted - their reason? "oh he must've got distracted" the level of professionalism was terrible.

Room was in a basement beside the kitchen - stank of cooking oil all morning
