The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Great quiet location, a short walk into Greenwich and to train stations.
Room facilities were lacking. No fridge. Lacking sufficient storage to hang clothes. The shower screen was too short allowing the bathroom floor to get flooded every time it was used. No headboard, just a mirror with a ledge that caught on the back of our heads. No way to open a window. Our room was opposite the bar so we had to be very careful when opening the door if either one of us was getting ready to go out.
Breakfast was average with a fairly limited selection.

Nice hotel in a London borough with lovely array of shops and food places nearby. Roughly 40-50 minute travel on public transport into central London so worth bearing in mind.
Room was clean and spacious but I’d probably request an upper floor room next time, I had a ground floor room which was loud at night due to neighbouring flats.
Decor in the room was modern however the sliding door for the bathroom was loud and squeaky which was very annoying in the middle of the night and the wardrobe door wouldn’t open and close properly. Really comfy bed. Super helpful and friendly staff on reception and bar

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room did not match what I had originally booked, as we were given two single beds instead of the expected setup.
There was also a noticeable issue with humidity and mould in the room, which made the environment uncomfortable and concerning from a health perspective.
Additionally, we were only provided with one towel despite being two people, which felt careless and inconvenient.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations. I would recommend that the hotel pays more attention to room conditions and basic amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for future guests.
