Was what you’d expect from a super budget hotel. A very tiny room, could barely open a suitcase in the room. Could hear entire conversation of the people above us. Couldn’t get the heat on ac to work and the room was freezing. City centre location which is good. The room was clean which was good

My stay was acceptable, but there were several aspects that impacted my overall experience. The room was very small, with limited space to place bags, and there was no chair or suitable surface to use. Additionally, the room was quite noisy - we could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring room, which made it difficult to relax. Improving soundproofing and adding basic furniture would greatly enhance guest comfort

The room was very nice and the building was a beautiful with industrial vibes. The exposed brick wall in the room was lovely, and there were very large windows. Unfortunately, the blinds on the window didn't do a great job of shutting out the street lights and the blind pull was very high off the ground (not so great for shorter people). Otherwise, everything was very nice and basic.

Noise insulation poor, could hear people in room above conversation late at night when then came back. Leak in the ceiling in the bathroom, water dripping through the light fitting - I informed reception when I checked out.

Receptionist staff are very friendly. When we got to the room on level four, he looked very much like a prison. The room couldn’t have been any worse you felt like you was in a cell. We couldn’t get the temperature any higher than 23 so it was freezing cold all night. The bed was really poor. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay and will not be returning however it was in a good location and the staff were friendly.

The room was cold, the only form of heating was the air conditioning which was locked to ‘chilling’ rather than heating by 2am I was so frozen I was focused to get dressed and go for a walk to warm up.
