I really enjoyed staying here, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of tv channels, and I didn’t quite enjoy that I was on the ground floor meaning I always had to keep my curtains closed because of people being able to look in, but other than that, hotel is a huge 10/10!

the staff were lovely, the room was clean, comfortable and with decent amenities for a budget hotel BUT the major downside is that the walls and windows are paper thin. You can hear everything in the hallway and on the street and room number 18 is right outside the vending and coffee machine as well as the main thoroughfare from reception. If you're planning on staying, bring some good earplugs

Do not book here! Checked in to a twin room, poo on the floor, filthy sink, beds not made, used towels on the bed. Got transferred to a double bed room, much cleaner but it smelt vile. Now the bed!!! The bed shouldn’t be called a bed, it’s a slab. Got no sleep, couldn’t fit 2 people in it. Stay elsewhere for £98!

Better noise isolation. Bathrooms that are not see through. I was in a twin room with a friend and had to leave the room while she took a bath because I could see everything.

Very small room for the price, there was no minibar, old duvet is dirty, dirty floor, bathroom had no garbage bag, the heating was not working well. I asked for a room in a quiet place above and they put me downstairs where I couldn't sleep properly because there were people on the street talking loudly with car sound during the night.

I dont liked that hotel at all im so sorry ! I had terrible time there ! The man in the reception he was very rude and unfriendly ! Straight away he showed me bad view of the hotel as a member of staff there !!!!!!! Absolutely rude and treating customers like street !!!! Disgusting and disrespectful and unprofessional anyway! i Never ever booking that hotel in my life anymore ! Here u are for 1 member of ur staff u lost some family like us !!!!
