There is no parking at the hotel, other than an expensive valet option The spa was full of couples heavy petting in the open pools, I’m nota prude butI go to relax. I dread to think what goes on in the private (pay by the hour) pools but hopefully they clean them better than the toilets in the public areas which are absolutely disgusting. The breakfast area was so full of tables that were covered in the last occupants dirty dishes it was hard to find somewhere to sit and looked a complete mess even though there appeared to be a supervisor walking around. The breakfast buffet is clearly not topped up so if you choose to have a later breakfast the selection is very poor. There is clearly no effective supervision of any aspect of this hotel and given the amount they charge for a night it’s a disgrace.

It’s very good, but I can’t give it 5 stars as there were areas that could be improved. There were no coat hangers in the room, it was not immaculately clean, the cooked breakfast was good, but not 5 star. The spa is very good, but one of the showers (out of 3) was not working. The location is very central and was quiet at night.

Amazing room, great size, breakfast choice and food quality was good. Spa facilities justified the price. The spa was amazing with loads of small pools and 3 different sauna level and a steam room. It was out anniversary and they left 2 macaroons with a plate saying happy anniversary and a card which was a nice touch!
